Betty Lou Draughn Rice, 93, of High Point, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the Westchester Manor Nursing Center. She was born October 15, 1930, in Guilford County to Emmanuel Elmer Draughn and  Matra Gurley Draughn.
